WHAT IS FIRE?

Wunderman Thompson’s mission on earth is to ‘inspire growth for ambitious brands.’ Inspiration is the guiding principle. But how do you make sure that everyone in the network has the same idea of ‘inspiration’.

What we mean by it.
How we get to inspired work.
And how we measure it.  

F.I.R.E. is a unified Wunderman Thompson approach to create, discuss and measure inspiring work. It’s based on 4 simple criteria: Focus, Inspiration, Relevance and Effect. These 4 criteria form the basis of a new way to measure and judge work:

The F.I.R.E Scale. Work can now be both analyzed with accuracy, and forged to perfection in the flames of F.I.R.E. One of the tools used to establish the FIRE scale is a special deck of cards containing 52 inspiring questions, FIRE Starters.  Because this pack of inspiration will motivate debate, form a closer relationship with the client, to each other, and most importantly, it can be the spark to solving any business problem.
